Our longstanding relationship enures the colleges constantly upgrade the skills of every trainee based on the needs and feedback from the industry. Amongst the other collaboration with the colleges are:

• Jointly setting up og colleges in the region, including change of curriculum to suit the specific needs of the industry.

• Jointly study with a major university on the "International Practical Training Program" resulting in the publication of a thesis, which is currently adopted by educators.

Under their direct supervision the interns are exposed to the various departments to learn and compliment the operational needs.
