FSC's strong partnership with colleges in the region ensures the industry a steady steam of well trained interns. Our longstanding relationship enures the colleges constantly upgrade the skills of every trainee based on the needs and feedback from the industry. Amongst the other collaboration with the colleges are: Jointly setting up og colleges in the region, including change of curriculum to suit the specific needs of the industry. Jointly study with a major university on the "International Practical Training Program" resulting in the publication of a thesis, which is currently adopted by educators.
